We recently represented the AMI fund in the sale of ZAP Group, which operates, among others, the price comparison website “ZAP,” to the Formula Group. Our Corporate & Securities partners Ran Hai and Reut Alcalay, led the transaction, together with corporate associate Raz Meltzer, Tax partner Dr. Ehab Farah, IP partner Jenia Melkhior and her associate Nadav Lev, Employment partner Maayan Hammer-Tzeelon and her associate Eti Portook and head of our Competition department Talya Solomon and her associate Hadar Rubenstein.
