21 January 2021

We advised Bank Hapoalim on financing the Municipal Solid Waste Treatment project being developed by Zero Waste Ltd. The new facility is planned to manage 400,000 tons of solid waste, about 10% of all Household waste created in Israel. This was the first municipal solid waste BOT project to reach financial close. Thank you to our partner Mark Phillips and his team Eran Wagner, Zara Gold, Yarden Lennox, and Lidor Alfandri, for their hard work on this first of its kind deal.
