We would like to draw your attention to the fact that a new procedure has recently been published, which establishes more lenient arrangements for regulating the employment of foreign experts in hi-tech and cyber companies. The new arrangements, as detailed below will apply to companies that are recognized as technological knowledge-intensive corporations by the Israel Innovation Authority. The Innovation Authority published a procedure for the purpose of recognizing a corporation as a corporation with technological know-how that allows for the employment of foreign experts.
